These Terms apply to your use of the Imperialresidence website and to any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Imperialresidence or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
